Cancellation by User
You may request cancellation according to the cancellation window shown during booking or purchase.
Cancellations made after the allowed window may not be eligible for refund.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds, where applicable, are processed for valid cancellation requests, duplicate payments, or failed service fulfillment.
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within the standard banking timeline.
Non-Refundable Cases
Completed sessions/services and charges caused by incorrect details entered by the user are generally non-refundable.
Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are usually processed within 7 to 10 business days, depending on bank/payment network timelines.
